Managing Your Subscription Through PayPal

Managing your subscription is done through PayPal. Use PayPal to:

  • Retrieve your user name and password
  • Cancel your subscription
  • Update your credit card details

When you cancel your subscription in PayPal, your logon in tools.email-checker.com is immediately deactivated.

If you just want limited time access (e.g. a month), it's up to you to cancel your subscription in PayPal prior to automatic renewal.

  1. Logon to your PayPal account
  2. Click "My Account" >> "History"
  3. Find your subscription details by Date, Type = "Subscription Creation To", Name/Email = "Rolosoft", Payment status = "Active"
  4. Click "Details"
  5. From this screen, you can get your logon details and amend or cancel your billing
