Why is there a limit on queries?
Checking email addresses in real time requires servers, network bandwidth, development and support expenses.
The services that we offer here use the same server infrastructure that we provide to our commercial clients. In the interest of maintaining a fast and reliable service to our paying clients, we limit the number of queries that are available for free.
How long does the limit last for?
The limit operates on a daily basis. The query counter resets every 24 hours.
Can I increase my available queries?
Yes. There are two ways to increase the number of queries:
- Option 1: Register for free with your email address. We'll send your a logon password to increase your daily queries.
- Option 2: Become a premium member. You get an instant logon password that gives you unlimited queries and full access to all features.

Are there any restrictions to the free “Basic” membership plan?
Yes there are. Firstly, the query counter still runs. You get 15 queries per day.
Secondly, some of the advanced features such as the option to export results are not enabled for basic members.
Are there any restrictions on the “Premium” membership plan.
You can have as many queries as you can physically type in.
All of the features are enabled.
